My fellows instructors, technical staff that is directly in
vocational training instruction, thorough preparations need to be done
before one enters a training session, among others lesson/ session
plans, information sheet and assignment sheet plus an attendance sheet
will make an instructor an experienced skills person because the
training preparations boost confidence in the trainer.
As
far as competence based education and training is concerned,
demonstration method of delivery is very paramount. Remember it is upon
us the trainers to exhibit masterly of the tasks to be able to capture
audience from the learners.
We are responsible for the out come that we send to work in the industry.
